The Brownie Points Club is a gift concierge and subscription-based service. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.


2. Services & Subscriptions

We offer one-time gift services and annual subscription plans.

  • Subscription fees are billed at the rate stated at checkout.

  • Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled before your renewal date.

  • All gifts and delivery dates are subject to product and vendor availability.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, service, or pricing at any time without notice.


3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment information. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.


4. Cancellations & Refunds

Retainers and subscription fees are non-refundable once service begins.
If you need to cancel or pause a subscription, please contact us at thebrowniepointsclub@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to assist with changes on upcoming deliveries.


5. Delivery & Local Vendors

We work with trusted local vendors to fulfill and deliver your gifts. While we do our best to meet every preferred delivery window, we can’t guarantee exact timing due to third-party carrier schedules or product availability.


6. Personal Information

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to this collection and use.


7. Limitation of Liability

We aim to make every experience perfect, but The Brownie Points Club is not responsible for:

  • Any delays or errors caused by vendors, shipping partners, or incorrect information provided at checkout

  • Any damages, losses, or dissatisfaction with products provided by third-party vendors

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.
